Can we keep any% as just plain any% and put alt endings under the misc tab?

Its so cluttered and also doesn't really make any sense. Mediocrity and Bad ending are basically identical runs, you just buy one more item. That's means the potential is literally less than 1 second slower than the mediocrity ending.

Based on the status of all of the other FNAF games, I honestly think we are going to have most of categories empty for quite some time. It because of these reasons, that I am asking to have them moved to the MISC tab and just have any% be just any%.

Also, it is impossible to get bad ending 100%, by placing it in the any% tab, it basically implies there is another version of that run that can be completed.

You just need to buy everything and upgrade your pizzeria in one playthrough, not in all playthroughs.

My point still stands, bad ending and mediocrity are essentially the same thing. They don't really make sense in any% because they are specific goals and any% is just beat the game as fast as possible. Why not make a tab called ending % and place them all in there? It's just confusing. Also if you look at all of the other FNAF games on speedrun.com, the other categories (that are not any% or 100%) are hidden behind a tab

You should look at FNaF 3's leaderboard. The Bad Ending and Good Ending are both in Any%

because they are fundamentally different and its only 2 runs and not 6.

Mediocrity and bad, are the same (except for 1 item buy) Good/True I could see staying there Insanity can be in misc because its dependent on a specific item to get that ending Bankruptcy is low% at best its only a 1 night run, so it could easily go in misc Blacklisted ending is basically a meme run because are running the highest liability possible hoping to get good RNG so you can get three lawsuits in one day THEN beat the game and not bankrupt

Also in 100% you literally need to play the game 6 times to get it because every time you get an ending, the game starts over. Which of the 6 runs in 100% do I need to to buy all the items? What if I do that all in the first run and get true ending, then get the other 5 ending with no upgrades? would that count as a run?

I just don't think the current state of the rules and segregation of the categories for some of these runs are conducive to having anyone run this game.

Complete final night as fast as possible

I tend to agree with SaggingRufus on this one, especially since right now lorekeeper is the only misc run, while I see bankruptcy or insanity runs being on the same level (meaning you don't need to complete all nights to finish the run).

Also I'd like to point out that in your example of FNaF 3, those runs are in different tabs thereby separating the categories, unlike what we have here. Mediocre is the only viable run to complete the game as quick as possible, so it deserves its own tab on the front.

I'd like to see if any other mods could comment here, just to get a consensus because from what I can tell the community wants these changes, and this board should be ran by the community

@GarlicBox it doesn't matter what ending you get as long as you complete all the levels. Why should it matter?

that's fair, the intent is not start a mod fight or a battle over the organization, I just feel the current configuration doesn't accurate reflect the game or the potential runs. I don't really care what the labels are for the runs, I just think have 6 runs for any% is very odd. Especially when we already have a misc tab. We can talk about rules in another thread, because I would also like to talk about the 100% rules.

I have an idea all of you will probably like. I will update the leaderboard later.

@SpiderSponge one small mistake the run you have for @HarpyCarpy under Mediocrity is actually an insanity run. Can you move it to the other tab? or does it need to be re-submitted
