Note: The save file path is %AppData%\MMFApplications\FNAF6 It's not necessary to use but it can help you understand what's happening on Saturday if you know how to read it.

With this route, you only have to defend against animatronics on Night 6. All of the other nights are just like your typical Mediocrity run. So, taking a look at the current WR for the Mediocrity ending will be a big help for Monday-Friday as this guide does not cover some of the smaller optimizations.


Monday: Buy Sanitation Station. Throw Molten Freddy back outside Tuesday: Throw Scraptrap back outside Wednesday: Throw Scrap Baby back outside Thursday: Buy x2 Printer. Throw Lefty back outside Friday: Take ad. Buy rest of Equipment Saturday: See below

Buy (in this order): NOTE: Buy anything you can that's discounted as well (higher risk = better)

  • Discount Ball Pit
  • Deluxe Speaker Set, Fruity Maze, Midnight Motorist, Gumball Swivelhands, Sturdy Stage - Extended
  • Ballpit Tower, Ladder Tower, Riding Rockets
  • Lefty
  • Mr. Hugs

Or, in number form (representing the position of the item in the catalog):

  • 2
  • 3, 4, 5, 6, 9
  • 3, 4, 6
  • 11
  • 12

Note that using WASD to navigate the Catalog is much faster than clicking.

In Blueprint Mode, place down (in any order/position):

  • Mr. Hugs
  • Lefty
  • Discount Ball Pit
  • Ballpit Tower
  • Ladder Tower
  • Riding Rockets

At this point, you should have at least 19 Risk. More is better, though!

Then, keep doing the reset trick (see bottom) until all 4 animatronics have entered the pizzeria.

Once everybody's in, reset one last time and remove everything that's placed down to remove all risk.

Finally, beat Saturday. Good luck! (Sorry, I don't have any tips for this part)


Reset Trick Guide:

  • The reset button is F2. When I say to reset the game I mean hit F2.
  • After clicking Finished in Blueprint mode, reset the game right as the screen completely fades to black. If you do it too late, the run is dead. The trick is fairly lenient though, and it's much better to reset early than late.
  • Upon loading the game, you should be brought to the defense phase.
  • Check which animatronics have entered either with the Motion Detector or by looking at the save file opened in a text editor.
  • You can reset the game again as soon as you hear the fan noise in the defense phase.
  • Now you should be back at the tycoon phase. Repeat the above steps until all of the animatronics are in the pizzeria.

Additional Information:

  • In the save file, animatronics are labeled with the flags m2 (Molten Freddy), m3 (Scraptrap), m4 (Baby), and m5 (Lefty).
  • The flag that tells the game to not let animatronics in anymore (for night 6) is addedfor6=2. If that flag appears in your save file, you reset too late and animatronics can no longer enter the pizzeria.
  • The reset trick works because the game saves if animatronics have entered and if they can no longer enter in 2 separate steps. The aim is to reset after the animatronics have entered, but before the game saves that they can no longer enter for that night.
