Final change to load time calculation method

Hi all. Several months ago, the FG2 mod team decided cutting out menuing from load times altogether would make timing more fair. This is because clicking on the "next level" button will sometimes lag in devices that are slow and/or streaming. This change has not been carried out yet, due to the sheer number of runs that would have to be retimed. However, now that we have to retime a bunch of runs anyway, due to the new timing convention, I thought that now would be a good time to implement this change too.

So for individual level runs, "time without loads" will be the sum of the times for each individual hole:

Hole 1 Start time on first flap Pause timer on first frame of hole entry

Holes 2-8 Continue time on first frame that the flap buttons appear onscreen Pause timer on first frame of hole entry

Hole 9 Continue time on first frame that the flap buttons appear onscreen Stop time on first frame of hole entry

The newly discovered pause strats should have no effect on the timing, because pausing doesn't change the time that the flap buttons appear onscreen.

This is how I time runs already in Super Stickman Golf 3. here is an example of a run timed using this method.
