I was thinking about learning how to run this game. Does anyone know of any guides for running on NES?

I'm learning it too. Just watched it at AGDQ, Feasel and Gyre pretty much gave a live tutorial, or as best they could. Its already backlogged on GDQ's youtube channel, I suggest you watch it.

For NES the run feasel and gyre did is probably the closest you'll get. All of the other versions of the game are pretty well documented, but NES is not (mostly because very few people run the NES version). Either use their run as a basis or ask one of them directly, they might be able to help you out.

DudelSR & joelsuf, I'm about a year too late I suspect but if you're still working on learning this run I'm more than happy to help out where I can. gyre's tutorial posted by CLChambers00 is absolutely the best place to start. If you want to start working on your own route there are plenty of guides and tools available, and additionally there is a discord community available should you need the assistance.
