WARNING: THIS GUIDE IS BEST FOLLOWED WITH A SPEEDRUN OF THE MAX QUESTS RUN. WHILE WATCHING THE RUN AND FOLLOWING THE GUIDE SIMULTANEOUSLY, THIS IS THE BEST WAY TO LEARN THE RUN IN ITS ENTIRETY.

I would like to apologise if some of the notes are brief. I originally created this so I could follow while running myself, but I added an extra bit of detail for new runners. Again, you'll find ease by following this guide with the video. (I got WR with these notes btw, so you'll do fine. don't worry.) As the run develops, I will update this guide suiting for the run. STARTING STATS: ST = 7 PE = 1 EN = 7 CH = 6 IN = 8 AG = 10 LK = 1

Tagged = Lockpick, Speech, Science. Traits: Skilled, Fast shot.

Vault 13 Part 1: Proceed through cave normally. Hitting the A key initiates manual combat. During manual combat, enemies cannot attack you unless attacked first. Use your AP to move and then enter combat manually again as soon as you come out. This is known as Combat Glitching. Run to bottom left exit zone.

Wasteland 1: Head to cathedral. [19 squares south and 1 square west of V13]

Cathedral: Run to woman outside the top right door (in leathers) , pickpocket the red COC badge from her. Proceed to unlock the door and make your way up the tower in the top right. Get Tesla Armor and Power fist from between beds at top floor. You'll need to lockpick the small crate. Then go to the room far right and talk to Morpheus in the Cathedral Robes. (2) (1) (2) (1) Now, hold A to enter combat glitch before the master dialogue, run south east into the hallway and end combat. If you initiate dialogue with the master, press 0 and then hold A as you leave the dialogue box. Go through to the locker room. Take caps, Rad-x, radaway, Stimpaks, small energy cells, and plasma grenades. Use the combat glitch to make your way through the Barracks room, lockpick through the 2 doors and then floor 4. Lockpick through another door, stand on the safe hex and then arm the bomb either with Tesla armor equipped or using the arm glitch. This requires you to enter the combat glitch within the last few frames of the arming animation. Leave back to floor 3, and take the elevator to floor 1. Quick save when exiting the elevator. When approached, once you leave the elevator, (3) (3) (1).

Wasteland 2: Head to Junktown. [10 squares north, 2 squares east of Cathedral]

Junktown: Talk to Lars standing after the front gate, (2) (3) (1) (1). Go around the back of house to hospital dungeon, talk to midget, (3) (1) (1) (2) (1) Leave the dungeon, and head north to the next zone of Junktown. Head to Kilian's shop.

(((MAKE SURE TO NOT CHOOSE A PERK!!!!!))) Level speech to 120% and rest into Unarmed.

Talk to Kilian and instantly 0 out of his dialouge. The assassin will appear. Kill him. And then he will initiate dialogue after combat. (3) (1) (1) Then, go north into the hotel and talk to the girl outside the gang door inside. (1) (4) (1), conversation ends. (2) (2) (2) (1) (1) for 2nd conversation with her. Go back to the front desk and talk to the woman there. (2) (2) (1) Run to the empty room with double bed, (1) to sleep. Then, once you leave, (2). Go to room above yours, 0 out of the dialogue box and kill the kidnapper. Head north to next zone again. Kill Dogmeat on the right. Head a little north and pickpocket the bar door. Use pickpocket on the urn to steal it. Try to steal the urn during the day. Wait until evening time. Talk to bartender, (6) and then wait for the guy to be shot and killed. Talk to the waitress that ran away (2) (3) (3) Then talk to guy next to waitress (2) (1)11111111111111111111. Talk to him again. (3) (1) Talk to him again. (1) (1) Leave the bar, head north to the arena, put gun away and talk to the waitress' husband. (3) (1) (2) (1) (1) (2) (1) (1) is his dialogue options. Now, go to Gizmo. (1) (3) (1) (2) (1) (3) (2) (1) Now head back to the hotel’s back room. Talk to guy in black jacket in the back room. (3) (1) (1) (1) (3) (1) Wait until noon and talk to the girl in the room below. (4) (3) (1) Now, go to Kilian and (2) (1), go into his room and (0) when he initiates dialogue, take rope from top right bookshelf. Run back to Lars, spam 1111111111. Kill Gizmo and bodyguard, end combat. Once you teleport back, Talk to Lars. (2) (2) (1)

Wasteland 3: Head to The Glow. [15 squares south, 7 squares east of Junktown]

The Glow: On arrival, take 2 Rad-X and 1 Radaway, equip rope and use it on the metal bar hanging into the hole (left side). Go down, and run to the dead body in power armor opposite. Take both items on him. Equip yellow card, run to elevator in bottom left corner, use yellow card on it, and go down to floor 2. Go to room full of burnt bodies, loot the plastic explosive from the body closest to hole in wall. Go to top right room, take red keycard from burnt body. Go back to elevator, use yellow card again and head to floor 3. Run to top right elevator, use red card and go to floor 6. Run to generator blocks in bottom right, press 8 for repair and repair them. Spam 1 on terminal. Combat glitch out of The Glow and head to Necropolis. Be careful of robot aggro and make regular quicksaves to cancel door opening/closing animations.

Wasteland 4: Head to Necropolis. [2 squares west, 12 squares north of The Glow]

Necropolis: Go into the sewers. Run as far north as you can through the sewers, until you get to the exit. Run north, go down sewers next to mutant. Combat glitch through to get spare parts on floor next to giant rats. Leave sewers, go into building and 0 past Harry, equip spare parts, and go to machine in the back at the top right. Safety save and repair by equipping the parts and using them on the machine to complete a quest. Run to bottom right, lockpick ghoul out of cage and talk to him (1) Run into room on the right of him and go down the sets of ladders. Combat glitch past glowers and head into the vault. Take elevator to the 3rd floor. Run to right room, use working terminal to get water chip and leave again. Make sure to combat glitch past the glowers at enterance. Equip power armor, CHOOSE [[BONUS HTH ATTACK]] on level up and kill ALL mutants. Leave none alive. Leave to exit zone on the left.

Wasteland 5: Head to the Raiders camp. [10 squares north of Necropolis]

Raiders Camp Part 1: [Keep your weapon away while at the Raiders. During every visit.] Walk in to main building and talk to Garl (2) (1) (1) (2) Walk to the right and kill the 2 slaves. Click on Garl to get his red text dialogue. Leave again.

Wasteland 6: Head to Shady Sands. [2 squares north, 1 square west of Raiders.]

Shady Sands Part 1: Talk to guy at front entrance on right. (1) (1) (1) (2) (1) Go and kill a radscorpion for their tail. Run back to entrance and arm plastic explosives and drop them on the rocks near entrance. Go near the exit grid and press 5 and use on yourself to detonate the bombs. Put weapon away Go back to entrance, talk to the woman on the left of the man and (1) (1)1111111111111 through dialogue.

Now, what you do next is dependant on the time of day.

--if day time; (0800 - 1800) Go to bottom house, talk to the Doctor (4) (1) (1) Open curtain behind him, equip cure, and use it on guy laying down. Run east, talk to farmer on the crops (1) (3) (2) (2) (1) Wait until midnight, then wait 48 hours of midnights. Go back west, go to bottom right house and talk to Aradesh in robes (1) (1)1111111. Leave for raiders.

--if night time; (1800 - 0800) Run east, talk to farmer on the crops (1) (3) (2) (2) (1) Wait 48 hours of evenings. Just make sure 48 hours passes by. (2 days.) Go back to main map of Shady Sands. Go to bottom right house and talk to Aradesh in robes (1) (1)1111111. Go to bottom left house, talk to the doctor. (4) (1) (1) Open curtain behind him, equip antidote and use it on guy laying down. Leave for Raiders again.

Wasteland 7: Head to Raiders camp. Again. [2 squares south, 1 square east of Shady Sands]

Raiders Camp Part 2: Go back to Garl and (2) (3) (1) Leave.

Wasteland 8: Head to Shady Sands. Again [1 square west, 2 squares north of Raiders]

Shady Sands Part 2: Go to house on the right, bottom door and talk to Ian the companion. (2) (1) (1) (1) (6) (1). Talk to Ian again, (1) (1) Leave Shady Sands.

Wasteland 9: Head to Vault 13. [5 squares west of Shady Sands]

Vault 13 Part 2: Enter Living Quarters. Go to 2nd room on top row from the left and wait until mid day. Talk to woman. (1) (4) (1) Now, take the elevator to the third floor and talk to vault guy outside locker room on the right. (1) (1)111111. Wait until midnight. Kill guy who comes through north elevator at midnight. Now, run east to the Overseer and (1) (2) (1). Once teleported to the Library computer, leave the vault.

Wasteland 10: Head to The Hub. [13 squares south, 1 square west of Vault 13]

The Hub: Run all the way down to next zone. Go to first building you can enter on the right, go inside. (Labeled Far Go Traders.) Talk to guy guarding the door. (1) (1) talk to him again with (1) (1) Go into room and talk to guy (1) (1) (2) Talk to guy guarding door again (3). Go south to the gun store, enter, and talk to Beth, the arms dealer. (1) (1) (2) (1) (5) Go south, talk to Bob next to his iguana bits kiosk. (2) (1) (3) (1) (1) Head south-west to guy in broken building and (1) (1)1111 through dialogue. Level up Throwing and Unarmed a bit, then kill all raiders in the house. [[[[Combat Glitch into Upper room, hit 2 power fist, let them stack up and grenade them. Save 2 grenades, if you can.]]]] Unequip armour and grenades and leave. Now head west to the FLC building once you teleport back. Enter, and talk to guy inside. (1) (4) (1) (1) (5) (1) Run up to building on the left, talk to guy south next to counter and next dialogue. (1) (1)1111111111 through all the dialogues. Run to exit zone south of you, wait until midnight before entering. When entering, press (2) in the dialogue Walk around the back of the house, combat glitch in. Go south and then the first room on the right. Lockpick the box and take necklace. Go into the room on right, kill the man and woman when they stand next to the bed. Then exit combat on the far right of the room.. Combat glitch back out of the zone. Go back to guy who you started the quest with. (Right building, next to bar on the right) Spam (1)111 with him and (1)111 on the dialogue boxes all the way through. Click him again and 11111 through. Run to bottom right corner for next zone. Go into the church and kill the woman in robes in bottom right room. Run out of the area to the north. Go back to FLC building and kill the guy inside. Kill the guards only if they attack you. You can sometimes get one to ignore you by standing at the door and just fighting one. Go back west across the street and talk to guy next to counter again. (1) Leave at top right exit zone, go to the house south of you. Level up repair, take buffout and equip armour, reload power fist, combat glitch in. Kill them all, using your grenades and Power Fist. Make sure to keep on top of HP. Try to group them for use of Nades. Try to save 1. Unlock door at the back of the room, talk to the guy. (1) (1)111111. After, go to the house south of that, use front door and talk to ghoul in back room. (4) (1)11111. Go outside, and talk to wandering man south of the building. (1)11 Go into cave, sit around the corner from Deathclaw and equip armor, kill Deathclaw. Make sure to heal up/check ammo. Talk to dead mutant (1) (1) (1) (1) and take the radio from his body. Take armour off, leave the cave and go to Oldtown when prompted. Go to house at top far right. (the traders) Barter with the guy, buy some small energy cells and Stimpaks in exchange for your shotgun and 100 shells. Go to bottom right corner of the room, take the spare parts from box. Now, go to the building south of you and open the door which is on the top left side of the house to enter it. Go through to the top right stairs and go down, lockpick through the doors. Talk to Lox in the back, (1) (1) (1)11111, then again with (3) (1). Then leave that house. Go west to exit zone, go back to Far Go traders and talk to butch at the back (1) (1)1111 and his guard (1)111 Run down to police building south of you, open door on left, equip tesla armour and reload power fist ready for fight. Psycho helps. Talk to policeman in metal armour. (1) (1)11111. Enter combat as you go in, throw grenades at Decker and Kane (guy in black jacket.) Kill only Decker and Kane. Once you kill them, end combat and talk to the policeman in metal again once teleported back (1) (1). LEAVE THE HUB. FINALLY.

Wasteland 11: Go to the Boneyard. [4 squares south, 2 squares west of The Hub]

Boneyard: Press 0 when guards approach you. Go to 2nd building on the left side and talk to Zimmerman. (1) (1)111111. Now, talk to guy outside the hut to the south. (2) (1) (1)1111. And again with (1) (1)111111. Leave to the north exit zone on left, then go to the west exit zone. Go into building and talk with green haired woman near the door at the wall. (1) (3) (1) (2) (5) (1) (1) (1) Talk to her again. (4) Leave through south exit zone. Enter blades building, go into bottom right room in blades building. Talk to woman in black leathers. (1) (1) (2) (2) (2) (1) (1)111111. [[[SAVE BEFORE YOU ENTER THE DEATHCLAWS ZONE!!!!!!!!!!]]] Now, go east to the Deathclaws. Equip Armour and reload power fist. IF THERE ARE ONLY 2 DEATHCLAWS, RELOAD SAVE AND RE-ENTER ZONE UNTIL YOU SEE 3. Take buffout/Psycho and kill the 3 deathclaws. Now, go into basement down the stairs, they are in the north of the broken building. Remember to reload and kill the mother deathclaw. After you kill mother deathclaw, smash all the eggs. Now leave and go through the north east exit zone to the Gun Runners. Go east and talk to bridge guard. (3) (1). Go in the building and talk to guy in combat armour on the left. (1) (1) (2) (1). Go back to woman in blades building who we talked with before and talk with her with (3) (1). Return to Zimmerman. (1) (1)111111. Now, try to kill as many Regulators as you can to help assist the townsfolk and the Blades kill them. The faster, the better. This section will take a few mins roughly. Once combat is over, leave the Boneyard through red exit zone in north.

Wasteland 12: Go to the Brotherhood Base. [9 squares north, 3 squares west of Boneyard]

Brotherhood Base Part 1: Talk to guy on your left without helmet on with(2) (1) (1)11111. Talk to him again with (1) (1)11. Enter and go to floor 1. Go east and talk to Talus, guy behind bottom door on right corridor. (1) (2) (1) Make sure you make a safety save for this. Go back to west, go into the bottom left room, as you open 2nd door, combat glitch and steal from locker. Go back to elevator on left side. Go to floor 3. Go all the way east to the repair room. Talk to the guy behind the power armor bench. (2) (2) (1) (1) (1) (2) (2) Talk to him again.. (1) (1)11111. Press 8 and repair the Power Armour. (maybe a safety quicksave here.) Leave the power armor behind and run to floor 4 via same elevator. Talk to General Maxson, guy in robes next to guy in power armor in main room.(1) (1) (1) (1) Now leave the Brotherhood base and leave for the Military base.

Wasteland 13: Go to Military Base. [9 squares west, 8 squares north of Brotherhood base]

Military Base Part 1: As soon as you arrive, just turn back around and leave. (i'm not joking btw.. head back to Brotherhood base.)

Wasteland 14: Go to Brotherhood Base. [9 squares east, 8 squares south of Military base]

Brotherhood Base Part 2: Click floor 4. Go talk to the general again (1) (1)11111. Go through the dialogue with the guy in power armor next to him(2) (2)222222. Run up north to the meeting room. (1) (1)11111 through dialogue on any of the members there. Now, head back to the Military Base.

Wasteland 15: Go to Military Base. [9 squares west, 8 squares north of Brotherhood base]

Military Base Part 2: END!! Any% Strats. (2) (1) at gate guard. (2) (1) (1) out of Lt. dialogue. Run to top left room and use Science (7) on the pc, and then use it. In the dialogue box you need to (1) (2) (1) (Make a safety save as you arrive at floor 3.) Then, run south to the elevator and head to floor 3. Press 0 on the roaming mutant and combat glitch past mutant in L shaped corridor. Run to elevator and go to floor 1. Run south to exit zone. Quicksave before you leave exit zone. (3) (1) for the mutant that initiates dialogue when you leave. Run for it to the exit zone bottom left.

Timer ends upon exiting Military Base.

Finished! Well done. Max Quests completed.

As a quick side note; there is a path to take in the Brotherhood area when asked to go find the military base. When talking to Maxson, you can do (1)(2)(3)(1) until he kicks you out. This saves you having to run out of the Brotherhood manually by taking the elevators. When you come back from the Military Base, you can enter as normal. I have not tested this, but a runner named 30Cents says that this works. Good luck with your runs!
