I don't know what the Japanese text says at the bottom. Does that second example just crash the game?
I've seen and done wipeouts almost exactly like this but didn't know a warp forwards was possible
Every time I have tested it there was a time loss; interesting find I'll test this a bit
Maybe its only on Las Vegas, with another track being right on top of the finish maybe the game glitches out where to put you
I tested this on all the tracks and pancakes is correct this is exclusive to Las Vegas
Doing this on Long Island NY does in fact just straight up crash the game, at least on my copy. Try it on yours...
wonder if its the same thing where it tries to put you back on a part of the track, but it so happens that its a jump you get spawned back on
