I feel as though jumping on the death plane shouldn't be allowed in glitchless. Obviously if we put these modified rules like death plane allowed in the glitched category, it would make those glitches meaningless since it doesn't use those in the under 10 second speedrun. So, I believe it would be better if we had glitchless, no major glitches, and glitched category. No major glitches you would be able to jump on the death plane, I just think its worth separating the categories cause I find myself dying on the death plane randomly for some skips and its not consistent. Take the level 14 WR for example, its a massive time save if you pull it off in a full run, but not consistent at all : Players should be able to go for these time saves and submit times for these, but in my opinion not in Glitchless. I just got into running it today and the biggest thing holding me back are those random deaths on the deathplane for skips (which I assume is the biggest problem for top runners to? Not sure). Maybe I'm outnumbered and this isn't an issue at all to anyone else, but its definitely something annoying to me cause it really feels like jumping on the death plane for these skips should be considered a glitch.

Didn't forget, never knew until now. Didn't check MISC, my bad. Main point of the post still stands though, I think the death plane should only be abused like that in No Major Glitches, not in Glitchless, so I'm proposing a rule edit for glitchless to not be able to use the death plane

The part on that took me forever when it was ten and i was really tired. I did it but not on recording. then it took me a half hour to complete again. In a full run you would just be wasting time. Unless its easy for everyone else and I'm just super not smart at all .

Its not difficulty for me on that skip, just inconsistent. Is there something you specifically do to pull it off? I couldn't find any patterns when I did it. I just either died or didn't, seemed completely RNG to me. Same for the beginning levels where you abuse the death plane, sometimes i die randomly.

I just think that glitchless you shouldn't be able to use any death plane at all in general (wouldn't you consider that a glitch?) and I think that no major glitches you should be able to use any death plane you wish

Could you just move them over to no major glitches? Then they'd still have all their accomplishments, just in a different category right. Oh, just checked no major glitches WR and he completed the game before he started? So his route was way different, he completely skips the checkpoints xD, is that how No Major Glitches is supposed to be? I don't see that in the rules but i might be missing something

I think it should be no deathplane in the glitchless category since death plane really seems like a glitch and it would give no major skips more of a relevance you know? Also, I'm really not understanding the WR run of the no major glitches category, why was he allowed to start the game with the key door and other stuff already open?

Ok, yeah that run should not have been verified. If they fix the death plane then I will make a category for legacy saying that it was before death plane was fixed
