Turn on Jump Hold in the settings

This is the same route from the steam community forums copied over. I've marked any important/difficult sequence breaks with an ¤ and will make note of them after. (or just watch a recorded run)

  1. Kill orb boss and fall down.
  2. ¤use text storage to get security level 2
  3. ¤Skip bug boss for slightly early double jump 3b. Optional health tank from next to bug boss for safety
  4. ¤Get early booster V
  5. Enter lava area and get health tank (top right of second hot room) (also optional)
  6. Kill boss and get grapple hook.
  7. Go down towards bottom area and grab warp point beside eye room.
  8. Get teleport card. 8b. make sure you jump up and peek into the dark room with gold blocks so you can warp there later
  9. head right through bottom sand area towards underwater sector
  10. ¤on the way through jump up to the plasma shield powerup
  11. get charge shot.
  12. ¤skip serpent 5
  13. warp back to gold block room
  14. ¤get teleport storage and bring it to the power room
  15. warp to the other teleporter you activated earlier and activate the power terminal during the fadeout
  16. bring the power text down to bottom area to enter through the lower door before activating it
  17. activate all four computers
  18. kill robot boss (you can bring teleport storage through the boss to leave slightly quicker after it dies)
  19. warp to bottom of elevator then ride it to the midway save/warp room.
  20. ¤get into room above final boss
  21. kill boss; win game.

TRICKS:

Press [use->map] on consecutive frames to store the text and then press shoot to exit the menu. cancel the text while in the security room to open the gate without needing to read the teminal

Skipping bug boss requires damage boosting up to the second key area; going though will drop you out next to the jump booster.

Early Booster V requires 4 damage boosts, although these ones are easier to time.

For early plasma shield: jump and then dash up twice. Spaced correctly the screen transition will reset your boost making it easy to get up.

serpent 5 spawns if you touch the tiles on top of the three platforms to make the jump out of the boss room you need to preform a hookjump by pressing [jump->hook] in the air

to activate teleport storage press [use+shoot(same frame)->menu(next frame] make sure you exit the map between tries, pressing these buttons from inside the map screen can softlock

Getting into the boss room requires grappling though the platform, and then grappling through the wind current.
