I can't speak for Banjo, but SMW is pretty intense, and the only real downtime is in between levels.
Go to settings. Username tab. Change it there. 99% certain though that there's no way for it to change besides that.

Whoever requested the game becomes Super Mod. They can add more moderators and verifiers as they see fit.

I'm considering learning the Fancy Pants series once I finish with my current goals in my other games.
If you're the one who requests a game and the game gets approved, you're added as moderator automatically. After that, that moderator can add more people as they see fit. Moderators are expected to maintain the leaderboards for the game.
I'm sure people would care about this much more if you posted it in the forum for the game.
That's not how this site works. You can't just come in and say "delete this run" and expect someone to do it. A game's community is allowed to set the rules it wants. If they're fine with allowing runs with no audio, they can do that.
