It's pretty obvious that you just want to get mod on a game, given the fact that your src account is barely a week old, and you've already straight up asked/mentioned to be a mod on 3 games, with this being a straight copypasta of your 3dwbf question. If you are looking to become a mod, this really is not a great way to start off. The only way you will get to be a mod/verifier is acually interacting with the community, not begging for things to happen, which is basically what 99% of your forum posts are.
the main problem with balloon world, and the reason it's banned, is because large streamers can just get their viewers to hide easy balloons, putting everybody else at a disadvantage, hence why it is banned it runs, and why this category probably won't happen.

Amiibo are generally blanket no amiibo or amiibo, not certain amiibo are allowed, so there would only be amiibo or no amiibo, not certain amiibo allowed
