Not in the game itself. Obviously, you can use more controllers etc. on one, but the game itself is exactly the same. On occasion, PC is updated sooner. Edit: You can also bind 2 actions to one button only on PC for some reason

Hullo, I recently became interested in running Super Mario: Call of Cthulu, an SNES ROM Hack of SMW. I found the board for it, but its completely empty except for a background and some other images, and it was added over 2 weeks ago. I was unable to contact 'TheGermanBeast' to ask him about it, so I came here to either ask that he be contacted or I may set up the board. Thanks!
Hmm. That doesn't sound right. We have no restrictions on who comes in so it must be something on your side. Or maybe you were looking just at the announcements channel. To answer your question, as long as you're not intentionally going ham with the submissions, submit as often as you would like.
Here's my take: With Misc categories I feel that challenge mode should also be moved to a category extension mode as the game does not actually take this into account like It does with AMS and also from the fact that it's a much shorter, less speedrun friendly in a sense category. As for NG+ I feel better about keeping the code legal because it makes the run itself noticeably more fun (after all, that's why we're here). I don't feel like anyone has missed BK2, but I can understand separating the 2. For the plague challenge mode run, I feel it would also be a good idea to put previous versions of the game of different categories on the extension board, that way, we don't feel bad about cluttering the main one. I don't personally like the idea of all bosses, but I wouldn't mind it being on the extension board. I like the All Feats idea, but I really don't like the idea of it being only on one file. I also think exiting to the main menu should be legal. I can not think of a reason it should not be.
The first Image up there would probably not be preferable because the main focus will be covered by the boards/whatever the user has open. The second might have the same problem. I do want to have that Image replaced tho tbh.
