Hello. Most of the time, the runs were verified around 1 day - 3 weeks after the request (depending on which mods were active around the time). If your runs didn't get verified for a long time, feel free to contact the mods via social media (check out their social media on their profile).
Regarding the "becoming mod" issues, only chosen people were accepted to become a mods (mostly due to their contribution to the speedrun community).
p.s: please don't put any non-guide subject to the "guide" page.
How about you do something more crazy
Just wait and be patient (shocking I know) it's only been 3 days and you already want to become a mod because the mods are "inactive?" One of my runs was pending for 3 weeks and I wasn't acting like you, just wait and be patient
