It can get faster, but this is the best run I managed today. RNG is hell and the controls even worse. Sum of best = 10:06, sub 10 should be possible.

Stage 1 can be better with better luck. Stage 2 shouldn't be a problem, but I messed it up, 10+ seconds can be saved there. Stage 3 can be better with more strikes from both Fred and Barney. Stage 4 could've used better movement, and you can get under the second nut without having to wait, but I was too slow, so I didn't go for it.
