In Skipper's 14:24 Crimson glitchless run, he uses a "skip" on the bog that doesn't skip any enemies, but just is a faster way to do it. Probably not how the game was intended to be played. If we use a skip that doesn't skip any enemies would it count for glitchless%?
Okay, I was just making sure since I heard a rule of glitchless% was to play the game as the developers intended and I don't think they intended what skipper did.
Here are the current Glitchless% rules (you can find them by clicking on the glitchless variable then clicking rules, next to submit run).

Every necessary enemy must be killed (optional enemies like the two tunnels to the left and right side of act 4 in golden aren't required)

No using unintended bugs (double shot & glitchwalking are acceptable). Things like glitching in guns and the "teleport while in walk mode glitch" are not.
