I found a glitch that skips the act 2 basement. (Sorry if someone already found this, I'm not in the discord) I recreated this glitch once, and I think I know how to recreate it multiple times. The clip in the video and my recreation of the glitch has these things in common: I go over the cutscene trigger and die on the road, I don't die in act 1, I select "new game" and then immediately die right after, and I start in act 1. Hopefully we can implement this glitch into runs and save a bunch of time.
I don't really know what to say about this, I was gonna say it'd be skipping a crucial part of the game, but that's what you do in any% anyway (skipping 90% of the game) so I'm not sure if this would be allowed.
This is considered as NG+ which is therefore not allowed in any case during a run.
