General route idea is Tressa start with double M Stones for EM, exploration/grind and rush Steorra (glitched with AI Loop) to get Hard Worker, grind more, then Dreisang, Balogar, and Winnehild. Biggest RNG moments are probably Steorra's first shield set after break and number of attempts on Winnehild. Sub 3h should be pretty easy with a clean run and can likely be much lower too I suspect.
