Are you able to use a previous game statistics on a run thats Not new game+ difficulty? Only asking because the rules say the characters can't have any upgrades, but the runner on the normal new game run starts with a previous game's statistics.

Late response but some of those runs were suppose to be in the NG+ leaderboards but I kinda messed up so sorry. Hope this clears the confusion.
