I can’t find a timer for iOS that is good. Does anyone know what I could use that show up on the screen?

When I used to run on ios, I used to just have to display a timer on a different screen (say a laptop or even a stopwatch). There's just no real way to display it. If you're worried about submitting without a timer, the reviewers retime it themselves anyway so don't worry about that.
