Was really close to a 46:29 so i counted the frames starting from the First frame of selecting "New game" to the very first frame of visible lightning after Zowie - Final time is 46:28.44
After recounting frames I also noticed that there is miliseconds of load time variance on every load screen, so unless someone wants to grind milliseconds of RNG 46:28 may be as low as it goes for this category. Could be proven wrong tho
Mod edit - subtracted 12 seconds to normalize for Song 1 Start
Rule has changed to account for opening the disc tray when END appears for each song.
"Time starts on selecting Level 1.
Time ends on the thunder strike after beating Zowie OR when U-1's pose appears on screen after opening the disc tray.
Opening the disc tray to skip songs is allowed."
