If you are playing on PC, and assuming you like to play 2D platformer games (based on looking at Battleblock Theater), I made a list with examples of 2D platformer web games here: https://www.speedrun.com/speedrunning/thread/uxe1y/1#60yng They're free and fast to start playing, as you just need to open the browser.
Other than that, it will be hard to suggest games to you without knowing your preferences, what consoles you have, length of runs, types of games, etc. Random suggestions from strangers rarely work.

Yeah, I really like 2d plataform games, (I play 3d games too, but I think the 2d ones will be better to speedrun). I play on the xbox and on the nintendo switch. I have games like mario, celeste, hollow night and some others. Just another question, if I play on console, how can I submit my speedruns?
For consoles, either you record by using a phone/camera pointed at the screen, or you invest in a capture card that you connect the console and the PC, and use OBS to record.
