Can we make proper rules ? :)

I think the same as Civ V was good :

Beat the game. Start time at first action. (City founding, Ordering a unit, Selecting a research, Skipping your turn) End time on last click.

rules are start timer when you click begin game, and end it when closing cinematic begins

yes i know, but we don't have rules in the section rules :(

See, new WR was accepted when the timer stop at the last input, its for that i want a rules section :p
