This game has a Japanese version and an English version. Is it okay to request to play the Japanese version?

is there any difference between the two other than the language?

I never thought about this. But i don't think so, since the text boxes are scrolled from the top to the bottom, instead of letter after letter. So i assume, it doesn't matter, which version you're playing.

I just read in the comments of the Eryi TAS on YouTube something about pressing the accept key on a certain frame to make the map load faster..? Does anyone know what this means??? I already did 150 runs to get a sub 10, and now I find out about this, and I'm not sure if I should feel like a dummy...

Pressing the accept button on a specific frame after the map loads skips most of the time spent on the map (Also, yes, sorry.. I decided to use the forum that said questions to ask a different question.)

Edit: Nevermind, unless there's any real information or an easy way to do it, I may have loosely figured out the map trick..
