I speedrun every day and I can't do anything to beat my record. I know about mapping and everything but I can't get a good time. I speedrun for about 150 hours on Rainbow Run and my best time is 5:02 which I didn't record. How can I improve to get a better time. My normal runs are about 7-10 minutes almost every time.
