After almost a year away from this game, I came back with a new improvement. Funnily enough, this was overall probably worse, particularly in the kitchen with failing to hide. Still the record though since nobody else plays this category.

There is also a mostly easy and very silly ~2-3 second timesave on the Do Not Open door, which you can Look at, resulting in a dialogue line from Mellow instead of the usual cutscene. It might be tricky to implement this and switch back to Touch for the Surgeon room, but it will likely lead to a 5:25 coming soon.
