So, I've been making a TAS of this game and so far I've found two timesavers that could be used in a real time speed run.

1. You can cancel the walk to the center of teleporter animation by doing an attack slightly outside the teleporter radius.

2. In Ellia's chapter (I haven't tested others) sneaking with the x button restores stamina twice as fast as walking and at the same rate as standing still, so it's faster to sneak for half the time you would usually walk. This is a major timesaver and would probably shave 10 seconds or more off of current speedruns. You'd probably have to change the timing of when you run to take advantage of this.

If I find anymore realtime timesavers while I'm making the TAS, I will post them on this forum.

I've found a few more timesavers.

1. If you choose Ulyaoth, in Karim's chapter you can get the first rune by making the weaker zombie closer to the ladder sing(charge) and the farther zombie will give its rune instantly if it is standing. Its way faster because it takes less hits, you dont have to run as far and you dont need to use a finishing attack (Also preserves sanity/health because you dont need to cancel the finish by getting hit). You could probably do this in Lindsey's chapter and maybe a few other places?

3. In Ellia's chapter, if you chose Ulyaoth, you can kill the green zombie in the first candle room quickly (and without the text box delay from a finish) by doing a triple non-targeted combo to knock it over, then running to its side and targeting its head while it is still on the ground, slash once, wait until its body stops flashing and its head is re-targeted and slice two more times.
