I don’t think you’re in the right place. None of the EarthBound runners on the leaderboards have ever done a TAS of the game as far as I’m aware. Try asking whoever kKræs recommended.

Actually Aurilliux has done a Starman manip TAS iirc, though yeah, the best option is asking such a question to an actual TASer like tutelarfiber7
