Category Name: Cliffing

Basically, who can do the BF Drill routine the fastest?

Rules:
Difficulty - NM or NMHC
No Enemies are allowed to be killed during the run by a weapon.
You may only kill enemies and the bosses through Cliffing. ( Throwing them off the Map )
Any Class is allowed.
Pausing the game during the run is not allowed.
The Run starts at the end of the first cutscene. ( When the timer starts ) ( Cutscene is allowed to be skipped )
The Run ends at last kill, aka victory screen. ( When the timer ends )

Isn't lab with drill always faster than killing the EVs? I fail to see why this would need to be seperate category.

Oh you're new, maybe you didn't know - there are categories for sepearte NM levels, you just need to click "Level Leaderboard". The rules are basically just finish map on NM, any characters.

Actually, Drill is not faster. You can kill the Enemies faster than with cliffing by just blasting them. As well as with Cliffing there is a lot of RNG involved, and for a good run, it generally takes a couple of tries. As well as getting a really good starting routine, it takes practice. If this was actually "speed runned" it would be way more different then casual. Aswell as I have not seen anyone who has done cliffing beat the map in 2 minutes.

Category is added now, not sure about the exact rules though.

"You may only kill enemies and the bosses through Cliffing" - isn't there a real possibility of killing an enemy accidentally along with drilling the cores assuming your drill has high enough damage? Maybe "you can only kill the EVs by cliffing" would be better

"Pausing the game during the run is not allowed." - does pausing the game achive anything? is it abusable?

Well, the pausing thing is not necessary and I was just thinking that since it is a cliffing category why not set this for all enemies... adds a little spice to the run ya know 😃

Right, I'm gonna leave it out of the rules to prevent some runs possibly being invalidated then.

Changed my mind about veryfing your run, but next time you better include the screen.
