I've noticed that when approving runs moderators often adjust the time, presumably after frame counting or retiming a run. I'm wondering if a mod could explain the process used to retime runs and how to determine the exact start and end frame of a run? Thanks!

I always check this way. It may not be entirely accurate (due to the frame rate of the video), but at least all runs in the leaderboard were checked with a single standard. Time is time, with a minimum error.
