Any ideas on how to get the game to run in a window? (Alt+Enter doesn't work since it only shows a fraction of the screen) I would like to stream the game so it would be nice to get this working.

I'm not at the PC to try this out right now, but it works with many games:

Right-click on the game title under the Library in Steam and select Properties.
Under the General tab click the Set launch options... button.
Enter the launch option -windowed and click OK.
Close the game's Properties window and launch the game.
