I have been into this series for a very long time and just recently got into speedrunning and was happy to find that there is a leaderboard for this game. I was hoping to do some niche categories as well as Any% and wanted to see if there are any active community members that I could discuss new categories with.

I'm kinda new as well, just recently played the game and got my Any% runs.
So far I only thought about a "perfect true ending" category, where you must:
- Save all people: Cate, Barry and Cody
- Collect both diskettes from the secret rooms in the office, and insert them both in the moon base
- Get perfect score for each day, so that your final inventory capacity is 45kg

(The last task isn't really related to the true ending, but I feel like just getting the true ending alone won't change the run too much)

Yeah I felt like there was a lot of potential for a Perfect% category in the base game and Awakening separately as well as both combined. I think I’d enjoy learning and planning some routing for this game.

Also, I gotta ask. How do you get through the end screen so quickly? Is it just fast clicking, or is there some hot key that I don't know about?

What end screen? Do you mean the end of every level/day?
Through the run I'm mashing the mouse like crazy in lot of places. That's also how I go through dialogues fast.

Yeah just the end of day/level screen. I figured that was it, but I wanted to make sure because some other games have a key you can hold to super skip dialogue, I haven’t found one yet. I optimized Day 1 pretty well for Acid and submitted my run, so the time should be up soon.
