I was interested in getting involved in speedrunning this game and was wondering if there was already an existing discord or other resources that were available for someone getting started? I have a few questions regarding getting the emulator setup as well as legal controllers and figured if there was a discord that there's probably already a FAQ or an easy place to ask these! Sure https://discord.gg/3DhVpqw8tk is a discord featuring me and a few other DK runners that each play at least one of the DK NES games (DK, DK Jr, DK 3, etc.) If you want you can ask any questions you may have there, or you can just ask them here in this forum. Either way I'd be happy to assist you. Always nice to find someone interested in something you are also interested in.
