VC refers as Virtual Console which is the brand for Nintendo Emulation in their own consoles (Wii and Wii U), so any official Nintendo Emulator (Wii VC, Wii U VC, SNES Classic and Nintendo Switch Online) will fall under that category, the only reason is separated is because there was testing with some of those giving a few milliseconds of less loading in transitions, so putting any PC Emulator will not be accurate with what VC is implying since there is no official Nintendo emulator for PC or other platforms outside their own consoles.

So with that said, Emulators out of Nintendo own consoles do not fit on the VC category at all
