I just downpatched my game and found all the bonecharms in Corvo's room. I have never got them before and don't have the DLC bought neither preordered the game.

Not to cry, but isn't this bad for Arkane or Bethesda?

The downpatch is supposed to give you that DLC. I don't think the companies are missing out on much considering this game's about 6 years old and they have other games to focus on.

Ye the downpatch includes the DLC to make it fair on everyone because void walker makes blink go a little bit further. And as djune said they arent missing out on much money.
