Hi all, So I've been moving down my list of games to speed run, and I've arrived at Dishonored. But after changed everything and looking to the forums it's still stuck at 130 fps and cant get any higher, any advice?

Open the "DishonoredEngine.ini" file which is located at "C:\Users\YourName\Documents\My Games\Dishonored\DishonoredGame\Config" and search for "MaxSmoothedFrameRate". Set the value to something higher than 130, but nothing too high as elevators will not function properly otherwise. I recommend 240. Then just save the file, enable write protection and (re)start the game.

Okay, I've just done that, and restarted the game and its only going to 131 frames rip
