Hey there, I was planning on running this game pretty soon but I was wondering why there was a leaderboard for each character? Is there much difference between the characters that we need to have them separated? I kinda feel like every any% run with any characters should be the same category

Mainly because even though it's pretty small Xian Mei has more stamina and more speed related perks than Sam B or especially Logan who has the lowest starting stamina.

Hmm why don't just use the fastest character then? Idk I just feel like not a lot of people run this game, and separating the runs makes it look even more small

I don't know why others don't but for me it's because I never played Xian. I always either played Sam B or Logan and my mate would always play Xian so I've hardly touched her compared so Sam B. I want to eventually branch out into running her though but I'll have to take a long look at her skills.

It's split for the characters to not force players to run Xian only, since there's the option to run the categories for the other characters not just the one who is ->The Fastest<-.

I've always been content with the character separation since after all, they do posses different skills from each other. But you do have me thinking that for those who are competitive, they would all use the same (Fastest) character. I'm still fine with the leaderboard being how it is now, but if it was all put together in the form of just "Any%" with no character selection, I would be fine with that too. Makes the leaderboard less packed and confusing looking. I believe, if I'm not mistaken, you can have custom tabs. For example, where it says "Time", "Platform", and "Date". If I'm not mistaken and you can make a custom one, one of them could be "Character", where you could place the one you used.
