This is my mini-guide for what I believe is the fastest way to complete this mode. It's RNG heavy but it can be minimized with some proper planning.

The survivor set that seems to work best is Sprint Burst, Decisive Strike, No Mither, and Spine Chill.

Sprint Burst: Obvious choice, faster movement around the map. Decisive Strike: DS is used to hop off the killer's shoulders faster so you can get to the box faster. No Mither: One less hit for the pig to have to do. Obvious choice. Spine Chill: Me and my fellow speedrunners have done extensive research on these buff perks. We have determined that the actual 6% interaction speed increase that this perk (and many others such as Resilience) have appear to have no effect on the box timer. We have found, however, that the box still appears to give more skillchecks when being watched by the killer. This is a good thing as it provides more great skillcheck chances to speed the unlock process.

The killer set that seems to work best is Agitation, Shadowborn, Bamboozle, and Sloppy Butcher / Bloodhound.

Agitation: Obvious choice as it provides the killer a faster way to get to the boxes when the survivor is on their shoulder. Shadowborn: This perk is mostly used to help track the survivor and make their job a little easier. Bamboozle: This perk is pretty much only used for the beginning "tracking" part of the run to make finding the survivor just a tiny bit faster. Sloppy Butcher / Bloodhound: These two are filler perks just to help track the survivor. We could not find a different perk that would benefit this run more.

One more thing of note is that the survivor can struggle off the killer's shoulder if the killer presses the drop key when the wiggle meter is at 75%. This can shave a few seconds off of the timer!

The theoretical most "optimal" strategy would go something like this:

1. Load the game
2. Find the survivor and down them in the middle of the map
3. Put a trap on the survivor
4. Pick them up and bring them to a box
5. Let them struggle off with the struggle exploit
6. Survivor unlocks the trap
7. Pig downs them and puts another trap on their head
8. Pig picks up the survivor and they get off with decisive strike
9. Survivor unlocks the last trap and the run is complete.

Of course, we live in RNG-land. This run is not likely to happen and it is a better idea to reset if the first two boxes for either section do not have the key.
