Happy to have finally achieved a Low% loadless WR! It took my 26:04 and my 26:02 until I finally got a run better than Pidgey's WR without loads. This run got 532 (missing the very difficult 546 cycle) and did not opt for koopaful (a faster version of bombful) but did end up being the first WR with bombful. There were a few mistakes in 8-1 and 8-2, and I played safe in 8-A and 8-C not opting for b jump and platform skip in escape, but I am really happy to have finally achieved this goal that took me weeks.
