People can still get mod banned for being less than 16. I've heard of it happening before.

I'm sure that the rules used to say that moderators must be at least 16.

Yes it was; they now only recommend it. That rule was never really enforced much in the first place, at least in my experience moderating games.

I didn't know they changed it, previously there were instances of users being mod banned for admitting they are under 16 (but over 13).
