-Any% only does the main DBZ Sagas, GT and Dragon Ball. Special Saga and What-If Saga are optional. -The game is played on Easy difficulty though it appears to make little difference. -It is recommended to play the Wii version which has faster load times then PS2. The language of the version doesn't appear to make a difference. -The timer starts when you select the Raditz fight and ends when you kill General Blue in the Dragon Ball saga.

Alternate Strat -Start the fight by charging up to about 4 bars and use a fully charged Kamehameha. -Charge up to 5 bars this time and use another fully charged Kamehameha. -Charge to MAX POWER and get behind Raditz using a Stun Punch. -Violent Rush lock him him last bar of MAX POWER before using Spirit Bomb. -Charge up to MAX POWER and get Raditz into another Violent Rush lock. -When Raditz has 9/10 of his last bar, use a fully charged Kamehameha to kill.

-Ultimate Decisive Battle- Goku(Early) vs Vegeta(Scouter)

-Use a charged stun combo link to chain into fully charged Kamehamehas. -Use Kaioken once blast stocks are at 3 and you have low ki. -If you've done enough damage by the time you get 3 Blast Stocks, a combo into Kamehameha in Kaioken will kill Vegeta. -If Vegeta survives with under 5000 health or so, just kill Vegeta normally and ignore the R3. -If not, make sure Vegeta is under 8970 then R3 -Scene skip R3 event and the forced beam struggle will kill.

-Let Android 19 kill you, he heals every cutscene so its pointless to even attack. -Make use of the Emergency Blaster Wave to reduce your health faster. -Skip the cutscene when you die. No cutscene after switch. -Dash forward and do a 4 hit combo and a charged stun attack. Right after stunning #19, use a Galick Gun to trigger the next cutscene. -Continue fighting as Super Saiyan for about 30 seconds which will cause the next cutscene trigger to appear. -Continue the fight until you either kill #19 or the R3 event triggers. The R3 trigger works on a mix of time and damage and its possible to kill #19 before it even shows up. If it does, use the trigger for a 99k damage Big Bang Attack.
-Vegeta's Curiosity- Imperfect Cell vs Android 16

-Don't try skipping any scenes, if you skip playing Vegeta there are none other then the beginning and the end. -Defeat Android 16, use Pump Up to drastically increase physical damage. -Do not use Cell's Self-Destruct, its too risky and the animation is too long. -Continue by fighting Trunks ignoring the R3 event. -Bring #18 to low health, she will switch to Krillin and Cell turns Perfect. -Cell is extremely overkill against Krillin, just rush him or use a Death Beam Barrage if your close enough.
-Perfect Body- Perfect Form Cell vs Super Vegeta/Super Trunks

-Reduce Vegeta is just barely over 2 bars, less then 1/10th of the of the bar. -Power up to Max and use Perfect Barrier to do a little over 20k damage to skip Vegeta's scripted Final Flash. -Skip cutscene when Trunks comes in. -Fight Trunks until a forced cutscene of Trunks using Inexperienced Power Up. -Defeat Trunks like normal.
-Cell Games Begin- Super Saiyan Goku(End) vs Perfect Form Cell

-Cell doesn't flitch easily but stun punch still works sometimes but in Max Power you can flinch him like normal. -This fight has several R3 events that you can use for your benefit, with a cutscene for each R3. -First R3 puts you in Max Power. -Second R3 puts you into a dash struggle. -Third R3 is a free energy barrage. -Using the forth R3 will switch to Gohan but it causes Cell to restore his health so ignore it. -If you die as Goku, you will also switch to Gohan. If this happens, just continue as Gohan because quitting and starting again wastes more time then just sticking to Gohan.
-Gohan Explodes- Super Saiyan 2 Teen Gohan vs X4 Cell Jr./Perfect Form Cell
Super Saiyan 2 Teen Gohan Moveset [Stun][Pulse][Kick][Turn] [DragonVanish:2]
-Gohan is extremely overpowered in this fight in his Super Kamehameha has low cost. -A Super Kamehameha followed by a nearly any combo will instant kill Cell Jr. -Kill the 4 Cell Jr.s, there are no cutscenes until after Cell comes in. Note that he starts in Max Power. -Don't use Father-Son Kamehameha, the animation is too long. -Midway into the Cell fight, there will be an R3 prompt that leads into a beam struggle.
Extra Note -There is weird glitch with the R3 where Cell has a chance to not even shoot back giving you a free Super Kamehameha. Not sure what triggers this or if its doable in other fights but I have only seen it here so far.
-Final Battle- Super Saiyan 2 Teen Gohan vs Perfect Cell

-Survive while using every R3 event, damage is minimal until 3rd R3. -If given the chance, use Super Kamehameha to trigger a beam struggle against Cell's Death Beam. -Use Unforgivible for instant Max Power but don't do it too early or the Ki-Down will cripple you. -Fight until Cell is at 2 bars and then R3 into the Kamehameha beam struggle for 99k damage.
-Future Peace- Trunks(Fighting) vs Cell

-Destined Battle: Goku Vs. Vegeta- Super Saiyan 2 Goku(End) vs Majin Vegeta

-Bring Vegeta down but don't kill him, ending the fight before the R3 triggers a hidden fight with Dabura and wastes a lot of time. -Any character with a Halo uses half energy when using a super or an ultimate, make note if a character has one. -By the time the R3 comes up, you should have 3 Blast Stocks. Make use of this to use Full Power for a quick Super Kamehameha.
-Farewell to the Proud Warrior- Majin Vegeta vs Majin Buu

-Kill Buu without any R3 Events. Similar to the last fight using R3 and killing Buu will trigger a hidden fight with Babidi. -If you do use R3, you MUST use every R3 and kill Buu with the scripted 99K damage Final Explosion to avoid Babidi. -Use Big Bang normally but use Atomic Impact if Buu is against the stage barrier. Don't use Vegeta's ultimate at all, its a suicide attack.
-Final Fusion- Goku(End)/Vegeta(Second Form) vs Super Buu(Gohan Absorbed)

-Battle for the Universe- Super Saiyan 3 Goku(End) vs Kid Buu

-No R3, just beat Kid Buu. -Like the last fight, you have access to Instant Transmission to get sneak attacks.
-Conclusion- Goku(End) vs Kid Buu
-Don't even try to kill Buu, this fight is completely on-rails and there is nothing you can do to kill him faster. -There are only 3 cutscenes to skip, after Vegeta comes in, after Goku comes in and before the Spirit Bomb. -Before the first R3, you can use Goku's Instant Transmission to make Kid Buu lose lock-on and then hide from him until Vegeta switches in. He automatically regains lock-on at that point. -During the Vegeta segment, you can use Big Bang Attack to make Kid Buu lose lock-on again until Goku comes in.
-Immortal Monster- Goku(GT) vs Baby Vegeta

-Just fight without using R3, using it turns Goku to Super Saiyan 3 which isn't harmful but Super Kamehameha has a tendency to lag the game more and you waste time on the transformation. He is also not any stronger then normal Goku.
Alternate Strat -Spam Spirit Bomb to prevent Baby from locking on.
-Ultimate Android- Super Saiyan Goku(GT) vs Super 17

-Avoid close up fighting until first R3. Super 17 has super armor until then. -Avoid using Super Kamehameha, Super 17 can absorb energy attacks. -Energy Volley is a little more usable if used at fairly close range. -Cutscene skip after R3 but none after transformation. -Super Saiyan 4 Goku has a very short but strong power boost if you use his Up Blast1 for 2 Blast Stocks.
-Solar Warrior 6000 Degrees of Power!- Goku(GT) vs Nouva Shenron

-Ultimate Super Gogeta- Super Saiyan 4 Vegeta vs Omega Shenron

-Just kill Omega Shenron, Vegeta has Finish Sign for his Up Blast1. -You can use R3 to switch to Goku in case Vegeta is near death but Goku isn't quite as strong. -Super Saiyan 4 Vegeta has an extremely fast rush that is fairly strong and doesn't waste time like most rushes. -Using R3 again after Goku comes will fuse them into Super Gogeta. Gogeta is insanely powerful but you should kill Omega well before that happens.
-A Miracle Saves the Day!- Goku(GT) vs Omega Shenron

-Same thing as the Kid Buu fight, just run and wait for the Spirit Bomb to kill him. -When you have 2 Blast Stocks, use Solar Flare to make Omega Shenron lose lock-on then hide behind a building. R3 events make him regain lock-on.
-Ceiling Vs. Ground- Kid Goku vs Nam

-Try to knock Nam out of the ring and win within 5 seconds. -After 40 seconds he will use a scripted ultimate that you can't dodge and waste time. -Physics are much different on World Tournament Stage then other stages so smash attacks won't always work properly.
Extra Note -Out of every fight, you need to practice this fight ALOT. The weird physics of the World Tournament Stage make this fight much more difficult and random then it appears.
-Battle in Korin Tower- Kid Goku vs Mercenary Tao
