-2.51 is the countdown timer for the Sega Version of this game. You can start the split countdown when you hit Start on the screen prior to the first stage. Keep in mind that this is for the Daze before Christmas run thats equivalent to having the pal game itself run on a ntsc genesis. The rom that has the correct speed is in the resource section under tools. If you are just running the pal version of this game on a pal setting, I believe the countdown timer is -2.59. you can tell the difference between the soundtracks in which version is faster.
