Can someone explain to me how can I know the time of my speedrun using the www.watchframebyframe.com site please?

First of all, put your YouTube video URL in the box, then right click your YouTube video displayed in the website and click “Stats for Nerds”. This will bring up an info box for your video, in the third row where it says “Current / Optimal Res” there should be an @ sign with a number after it, those are your frames per seconds. Put in your FPS in the FPS box, if you are watching the video in slow-motion or faster choose that video speed in the other box, if you are watching at normal speed than don’t worry about that box. Then the other box, I have no idea what it is but I don’t think it matters. Then subtract the point where your run starts from the time when your run ends to get your time.
