@dylan8915 unfortunately no. There is no way to verify that all rules were followed without reviewing a video of it. If you have a xbox one or ps4 i do believe those consoles can be used to stream, so then you could just submit the twitch vod.

For console, if you start with any of the legendary things in your inventory like the Infernal Pauldrons, are they allowed? I assume the Blizzard Signet that starts in the stash isn't allowed because it's in the stash.

i feel like like it would be worth it to have a catagory for each class, but then there is soo much. but i was testing with barbarian, specifically for leap. and it made the caves of arachnae FLY by, kinda funny how fast it was actually
Are there any rules about seasons? Season characters can get the set bonus's and season specific legendaries. I assume that is is banned but I was to make sure. Thanks!
Hadn't thought of that earlier, but it's extremely hard to obtain a set in this run though. Unless people have more opinions on this no changes to the rules will be made.
What's the ruling on using things like TurboHUD? It seems pretty obvious that the current #1 time is using it (constantly checking the map when there doesn't appear to be any other reason to).

So. When do you stop your timer? Is it when you talk with Tirael and end the act V, or when Malthael dies and drops the loot? Seen both in VODs here
I stop my timer when the "Quest Complete" comes up. The little popup down in the middle.
But I suppose we'll have to come up with a correct stoppage at the end of act V.

It says no seasonal characters does this mean previous seasons as well? I have a previous season wizard but it's from like 4 years ago back when I played more. I get that current seasons is a no go.
So old season characters become non-seasonal after the season ends, and any season specific items/abilities/etc that were not made permanent go away. This means that you can use a character once it is no longer tagged as seasonal. As long as it doesn't have that leaf tag, you're fine.
