Generally: Having PlugY is fine. Speedrunning on PlugY is not fine.

As long as you keep your standard Diablo 2 and your PlugY directories separate they should not have any influence on each other.

The ordinary D2 and plugY directories are separated. I'm worried whether it would be judged as modification of the game.
