Both are probably struggling hard. Enable performancemetrics ingame (on max setting) and post a screenshot of the location where you are struggling to hit 200FPS.
we need a update for this tool. I tried everything and the only key that works is the fly key. This tool is not user friendly
make sure you are on vulcan, have your in game res scale set to a value other than 100%. are you sure the keys are bound correctly?
