I used to play CTR loads as a kid and remember being quite good at it. Is there a certain criteria I need to meet in order to submit runs?

I mean can I just use a phone camera to record a run? Or does it have to be more specific?
yes u can, but it has to be somewhat clear. (so we can actually see the gameplay, as some phone cameras make the screen really bright and unwatchable) on an unrelated note, having the timer on screen is not necessary but it makes it easy to see if the time u have submitted is actually correct.
I have submitted runs on a phone camera. Mainly cause Vita capture cards are expensive grumble grumble, so yes.
