I want to Speedrun individual cups but items are fine but I want to be able to choose items, cc and cpu difficulty

That's way too many variables to be reasonable. The current rules really are fine the way they are.

I actually sort of agree with Braixtomp654. I think that there shouldn't be a specification on CPU difficulty and items. I feel like that could add some much-needed strategy to these runs.

the only thing i would like to see is also a non item categorie. everything else is fine as it is
