Title says it all. Afaik that mod doesnt change anything gameplaywise

Yeah, it's totally fine to do runs on PC with the Dreamcast Restoration Mod in Crazy Taxi. The mod actually improves the game's performance and graphics, so you'll have an even better experience than on the original Dreamcast console. Just make sure you've got a decent PC with a good GPU to handle the increased demands of the mod.
