where is banned%

Banned% isn't a category anymore because not many people have really shown interest in it. But the main reason is that I feel it's wrong to just flood the CPR servers with useless penguins. I mean I don't want to underestimate them, but they are no Disney; I don't think it'd be healthy for the game to have Banned% as a category.
