So I was worried that creating so many accounts for 50 Stamps would be something to make the staff of the game upset, so I tried asking them, and aparently they are fine with it. 
So if you are running it, don't be afraid to do it. That doesn't mean they are okay with spamming alt accounts, at least on my eyes. The person who replied isn't part of the staff, but he's contacted them, so it should serve as a note.
Here's how you can get unlimited alternate accounts with the same email: Go and fill out the "Create Penguin" information including your email. Before making your penguin, you have to add "+AnyNumber(Note: Can't use the same number twice)" before the @. For example: hihi+21@gmail.com. After creating your penguin you'll get a verification email. Once you click it it'll lead you to a screen that says "{"success":false,"error_id":4,"message":"Invalid email address."}". You have to edit the URL "https://create.cprewritten.net/activation/create/activate-account.php?key=GsfPLBBVwfnjEn0Z4FFo4mqB&email=hihi+342@gmail.com". Where it says "+342" you have to change the "+" to "%2B". After that it'll lead you back to the Club Penguin Rewritten website and you successfully created an alternate account! Have fun!
