Snagged the record while learning the full game speedrun. Run is nowhere near close to being optimized. This chapter might honestly be the most difficult, mostly due to length, some funky RNG (looking at you, Spidertron 6000), the council fight, and the whole mind transfer clownfiesta.

Time is slightly off, due to the weird last enemy still being up after the boss died. Not enough to matter I don't think.
